Row House Design

A row house is a kind of townhouse specifically designed for a single-family that shares a common wall with the other units. A row house has a very uniform architectural structure with an aesthetically pleasing design but shares a common façade with the other units. As evident from the name, the houses are stacked in a row, unlike a townhouse which has a different kind of configuration. Because of their vertical design, row houses are commonly found in places where there is a space crunch. Row houses come with an inbuilt design to suit different types of tastes and budgets and is a more affordable option.
